基礎字彙2000字總整理，將相似字彙編輯在一起方便有效率有系統的記憶，避免混淆，並將每個單字曾出現在90年至98年中之基測考題列於該單字下，方便對出題方向清楚的瞭解。
仔細分析基測試題可發現一些特徵，例如特殊字意的考題。
一般學生都知道動詞drink是飲或喝的意思。
但是題目卻是考drink的名詞即為《飲料》92. 98年
spring大家都知道是《春季》的意思，但是題目卻是考《泉水》
